The Short Version
What the Global Center Project Is
The Global Center Project is the flagship undertaking of Helping Hands Inc.: a self-sustaining educational and cultural center on land secured in Hunt County, Texas, which will serve as the Global Center Headquarters and provide supplemental funding to more than 200 satellite global chapters worldwide.
It is designed to sustain itself rather than depend indefinitely on donations. Profit-generating entities within the Global Educational Cultural Center are managed and operated by Dawn Holding Company LLC, alongside grants, donations and ongoing fundraisers.
One site, two place names. Greenville is the county seat of Hunt County, so the “1,200 acres in Greenville, Texas” and the “land secured in Hunt County” described elsewhere on this site are the same location, not two separate holdings. The Lufkin, Texas development is a different project — see Our Current Projects.

Funding & Sustainability
How the Project Is Being Funded
The estimated budget for the Helping Hands Inc. Global Center is approximately $200 million, of which $60 million towards the animal kingdom has been secured. Funding comes from four routes.
Investment
EB5 Visa, E-2 Visa and private investors are invited to invest through Dawn Holding Company LLC, which manages and operates the profit entities within the Global Educational Cultural Center in Hunt County, Texas.
Grants
Helping Hands Inc. pursues grant funding to support the build-out and the programs the center will house.
Donations
Tax-deductible gifts to a registered 501(c)(3), including sponsorship of a $100 commemorative brick on the Wall of Confidence.
Self-Sustaining Revenue
Profit entities within the center, plus ongoing fundraisers, so the project can keep supplying supplemental funding to over 200 satellite global chapters.
